Attending meetings via zoom should have a positive impact on Cooley's participation in sustainability. Because travel in 2021 is slowly occurring we won't have a true measure of the data until 2022 or 2023 or beyond. implemented a commuter incentive plan in our Santa Monica office changed over to environmentally friendly/recycled paper products in our cafes and pantries advised our global architect to include sustainable finishes and materials in our projects whenever feasible implemented composting programs in certain offices reduced our paper useage by moving to a hybrid-open plan workspace that has less filing space to store paper installed or planned to install solar panels in buildings where we are sole tenants installed or planned to install car chargers in buildings where we are sole tenants
Cooley believes not only in sustainability of the office, but also of the employees. We have a BeWell program that supports employee well being including physical and mental health. There are many different programs for mindfulness and exercise. Cooley also offers yearly vaccinations on site when able.
